Question LEAKE from ANTI FREEZE

I Bought a 2000 impala 3.4 have couple of question on it.
1- Speeding on highway after 70 mph the car shakes a little but I know both of the cv joints are bad and I think the rack and opion is bad also because I see grease all over the place wonder if thats the problem

2- On the passenger side I notice one morning that it was wet I thought I spilled water or something but I was drinking and then 3 days later SMOKE was coming out the vents and smell like anti freeze. What can the problem be and how should I ask someone about that

3- How do you check your mpg

4- I want to hook up a chip to the intake and buy a new intake and buy the gas saver that gives you more milage. Would all of this give my car more power

5- I want 22;s on it and lambo doors and i seen a impala with the sides that matches the car thats hot please write back I know its a lot but this would mean a lot

Re: LEAKE from ANTI FREEZE

1. This can be caused by a few things, mainly bad inner CV joints can cause a shimmy under load at high speeds. These are really noticeable when accelerating above 40-50mph while the car is bouncing. Another thing is out of balance tires.

2. That is definitely a bad heater core. Have it replaced ASAP!!

3. Fill up the tank and record your mileage. Drive until you have racked up at least 35-40 miles. Fill up the tank again and record mileage and gallons put in. Figure how many miles you have drove in between fill-ups, then divide the miles by the gallons. For example, if you drove 100 miles on 4 gallons, you'd get 25mpg.

4. The little air intake temp chips are a rip-off. The little tornado's that you put in the intake tube are too(in my opinion). Buy a good K&N Air Filter and a less restrictive muffler and you'll see 10-15 hp gains and a few miles per gallon more.

5. I'm not sure if 22's will fit in the fender wells...As for the lambo doors, just type "lambo doors" in a google search, there's a lot of manufacturers listed.

Re: LEAKE from ANTI FREEZE

22's will fit, but you will lose the nice ride that the impala has. the more rim and less tire = bumpier ride. the tire of the car absorbs the bumps in the road, so the less tire, the less bumps it absorbs. but 22's will fit. 20's look really nice and im sure you'ld still be happy with 18's or 19's.

and the lambo doors expect to pay about $1500 plus shipping and install.
