window won't go up - 2000 altima

I have a 2000 Altima and the driver side window will go down, but when I push the button to close the window, it won't close. Sometime it will work but most of the time it won't. If the window is down halfway, I can usually hold the button and start to pull the window up with my hand and it will usually finish going up on its own. After some internet research, I found that it's either the Regulator or Motor. But how do I know which one it is? I also found these online http://www.carpartswholesale.com/sto...N&model=ALTIMA

if Im not to late I belive that is a recall on some altimas check it out before you spend some cash !!!
