Fuel Injectors....

Ok, on my 97 cavalier i had to remove the upper-intake manifold when i was trying to replace the fuel injectors. The guy at the parts store told me i didn't need to use RTV (silicone) on the upper-intake gasket to attach it to the lower manifold...

what should i do?

put silicone on the gasket?
or
just stick it on there?

Re: Fuel Injectors....

I'm currently in an auto class, and we never glue it on or anything. Just make sure it is fit snug inbetween the 2 manifolds. But, if you're going to use silicone or anything, make sure you attach it to the upper-manifold, not lower.
