brake sound

I bought a venture 2002 two months ago, at the beginning all was fine but now

Now i have a problem in the brake, i guess..

After 5 minutes of driving, when i need to aply brakes, i hear a strange sound like tac, tac, tac, tac and I can feel it in the brake pedal.

Yesterday I ask to a friend to aply brakes meanwhile i went to the front of the car and open the hood. I could identify whre the sound is and seems to be in the left side of the engine.

The sound only happens when I apply the brakes and when I accelerate the sound dissapear.

One month ago I changed front pads and tires.
The seller told me I need shock absorbers

Can anybody helpme.
