Check Engine, Code 27

1995 LeBaron GTC
I filled the washer fluid last nite after getting back from the store.

This morning car starts up and check engine light comes on and stays on, car runs a little rough.

This afternoon I switched the key on/off three times and received the following codes: 12, 17, 27, and 55.

12 - Battery or computer recently disconnected.

17 - Engine stays cool for too long.

27 - Injector circuit isn't switching when it's told too.
Injector output driver not responding.

I suspect when I closed the hood the impact perhaps broke a connection. What should I check or look for under the hood.

Thanks for any feedback.

Re: Check Engine, Code 27

** Update **
Monday morning car would start but only idle for a few seconds and die.
I opened the hood and on the left side was a "NEST" !! Holy cow that wasn't there on Friday! I put my gloves on and removed the nest, and as I removed the second handfull of leaves I could see exposed wires, chewed wires! Looks like the main bus from the ECM. I'm not happy about this rodent thing!

My neighbor and I make a trip to Radio Shack for some parts; stranded wire, some quick connects, electrical tape, and cable protector. Repaired the visible damage, and the car now idles and runs.

I still have the code 27 and it feels like one injector is not working. How can I determine which injector is not firing ? At this point it could be ECM, Wiring, or Injector.

I was thinking, it's not possible for washer fluid to leak and drip onto the ECM ? Where is the ECM located ?

I was going to say sounds like your pcm is going bad but it was just chewed wires. The pcm is usually located in the left fender well, If you have the 4 spd, the tcm is in the right fender well Your mechanic should be able to test the injectors. He will use a small light that flashes(called a noid light) to test the circuit, that should be able to check the wires, if they are good then it is the injector but from the code it sounds like its your circuit. You may just have a chewed wire from an injector also.
