Tips for Beating Drift Demon Rivals

please move this thread if needed to.....

When I played Initial D Arcade Stage Ver.3, my "accept challengers" mode is on..then someone challenged me..A girl with her S2000 Type C modified(well I got Mazda RX 7-Type R)and she chose the Iroha Slope-Downhill-Night-Dry, I tought she'll beat me to hell because she can drift as good as hell and she doesnt allow me to pass through..but I defeated her after 3 laps were made...here's some tips for newbs to enjoy...

1. choose your vehicle wisely (I prefer acceleration more than top speed)
2. choose a 4WD or rear wheel drive
3.when turning into a hairpin turn shift your gear down once then tap break once and shift your gear up again

SPECIAL TIPS:
*Many Maps prefer acceleration more than top speed
*If you cant catch up try using blind attack to do this press the start button for 2 secs. and your headlights will be turned off..the advantage of this technique is your opponent cant see you if they're looking at their mirror and also, youll be invisible on the map and the "Advantage Status" will be unknown
*In the Iroha Slope Map there's a special feature the shortcut jump is available just like in the original story what Caine did..You can jump at the third corner of the slope after the second checkpoint. After that, two of the corners are not available. then you can jump at the last four corners it looks really hard but if youll master the trick, the shortcut jump is ready for you...
*wanna get Bunta Fujiwara's car? follow this instructions to get it
at the automaker menu screen, highlight the Subaru brand, but dont press ok yet! After highlighting press UP gear 6 times, Down gear 2 times, brake then view change..after that..the Bunta Car is available
the Bunta model is IMPREZA WRZ STi Ver.V and you cant change the parts of its model or its color only black color is available...only power up is available

NOTE:
the Blind attack is only available at night courses
the Bunta car has only 5 gears good at Acceleration/Moderate at Top Speed/Good at handling...

Re: Tips for Beating Drift Demon Rivals

I think if you're good enough, none of those rules apply to you, but IF you are a beginner, choose the car YOU want and if you dont like it, choose the top cars here: (not ranked from best, but they're really good)
1) RX8
2) Bunta's Sub
3) Evo 3 or 4
4) RX7 (fd3s)
5) my car, the skyline gtrr34!!! hahah!
