i'm not the "pootard" refered to above, and i don't think it is fake, but i question why there was a video camera in the car? pointed at the driver? (and a good one too, it didn't even miss a beat when the impact happened like a normal camcorder would)

Look up CarCam. Companies can install these in their cars so that you can keep an eye on your employees, so you can get the real story when shit like this happens. You can get them installed anywhere. The driver will soon forget it's there. The way I understand it, the camera records in 10 second loops. Then when the camera is tripped by anything ranging from abnormal acceleration/braking, to a bump in the road, it begins recording. Watch the box on the lower of the screen, it probably records G's or something because it's changes colors as Buck's situation get worse.
I hope the poor bastard lived cause that's a crappy way to go. It didn't look like his head got hit or drug too bad, and I didn't see too much in the way of neck jolting, but ya never know.
