After many many months Alex's Roadmaster is near completion as far as the suspension goes. Our friend that was working on it had some stuff come up so we're having someone else finish the work. Once the other guy finishes his part then we're taking it to a couple of guys in the local Impala Club (94-96 B-Body) for a tranny rebuild.

Once the car comes home the handles are getting shaved, some more bodywork done, then stereo/interior stuff.

Beautiful! Looking great. The only thing about that car that I'm not so fond of is the shiny trim... maybe that will look better once the car is painted, but at this point, it makes those windows look fawking gigantic.

Can't wait to see pics with the shaved handles, and whatever else is planned for bodywork.

Yeah when I first glanced at it I thought it was photoshopped a bit. But it's because of the reflection on the windows and the fact that its primer color on the body. Black or a midnight blue gets my vote for color.

Thanks for the compliments Alex has a few ideas for what color scheme he wants to go for, but what he decides today could be different than what actually ends up on it. He's toyed with 2-tone themes, the flat black with tattoo style flames, etc etc.

Either way I think it will be pimp. The guy that is now working on it says the car has brought a lot of people over to his house asking about the car. It's been there only a week and has attacted alot of attention.

I can't wait to go crusining in it again. It needs tranny work first amongst many other little things fixed (i.e. new hoses/vacuum lines to replace the ones that dry rotted).
