GSX Top speed!!!?

alright im getting a 99 GSX, but i heard the top speed isn't all that great, my friends said it was great off the line but top sux. soo what should i do to add some shit to the top?

Where are you going to drive it that fast? The GST is limited to 130 and I know the GSX is faster (no limiter) so I don't really see this as being a factor unless you're going to be running down an Enzo. And going even that fast you're going to flip or wreck. And tell your friend he sux.

I will say this once, READ THE FAQ before asking questions, and search the forum. I know this has been covered more than once.

The GSX is fast as hell. You don't need to go faster than 130 mph.

the 4g63 has handled over 500hp on the stock block. you won't need more than about 350-400hp on the street to smoke 80% of the cars.

very easily...with a few thousand dollars (around $1500-2000) you'll be doing 11's or 12's.
