springs, struts, shocks questions

Hi Folks
I am a newbie here and have some questions. I was wondering you folks know is the suspension from 2000 Maxima will work on my 98 I30? ie springs, struts, shocks the whole set up? Someone local is offering a whole set for cheap. thanx

...just a comment, no hlp: this info is kept as state $ecret. One screw less, one mm shorter/longer ornament bit and the assy is sold double price on another 'segment' b/c its 'not interchangeable'... (On maxima rear cartridges, almost 'anythin from nissan' goes, but have to be creative. The problem is, you dont know before opening)
