Question fuel flow 90 mazda 626

I'm a "spark chaser" by training (albeit long time ago USMC) I have ignition spark but no fuel flow on my 90-626. Was pumping last year but it has been sitting under cover a long time.

Before I go pull the fuel pump (presuming it is dead), am I missing an electrical issue, like a relay? a fuse? Yes I can draw fuel out of line at the upper end of fuel filter. I don't think the pump is pumping.

I want to dump this car cheap but it will sell better is it has some zoom-zoom-zoom.

Help?
