Question '97 GJ seat heater not working

My driver side seat heater is not working. I have noticed a bit of a shocking feeling on my leg when it "was" working and turned on, and now it won't work at all. I am guessing that I have a short, but I am not sure I can even fix it without replacing the whole seat. Can anyone give me a little help? Or know where I can get a good manuel, or could help me to fix the heater?

And no sunroof? Did you check your fuses at all?? they should be lower left drivers side up under dash, and the cover should be marked what each fuse if for. The owners manual should also cover it.

Today I checked the fuses for the sunroof and found a broken wire so that remains to be seen if that is the fix. As for the seats...I'm pretty sure that it is a short within the seat since it felt like I was getting shocked when it was on.

As for the manual it says nothing about the sunroof and seat. Lot of good it has done at this point! ;-)

Thanks
