RAV4 xtr buyer

I am next week getting my new XTR Rav 4 (vvti/manual) and the sales man is trying to sell me a service plan that includes 3 services and various other benefits.
It will cost around £450 but I can pay it at 0% interest over a few years.
I believe toyotas are very reliable so is it worth me purchasing this deal or to just pay for things when the problem arises or when a service is due.
I am not wanting to give the sales man the money if it is not worth it.

Any advice on this or the car would be appreciated.
