Another Revell Civic, Yay!
Hey Everybody, i see everyone else posting there civics, so i figure why not post up my version. Basically my first attempt at making it look decent. I kinda had to do things the ghetto way like the paint. Its the closest thing to midori green i could find and it turned out to be a satin finish, but o well. No carbon decals, so i just sprayed it black. Missed a couple of detail painting like the dash or window trim, but i can always re-do it. Hmm, what else..... Well i see everyone with regular intakes or turbos so i decided to try some ITB's. It came out ok minus the ghetto looking fuel rail and the lack of actual throttle bodies. If your wondering, I just cut some q-tips and flared the end of it with the superglue puncturer thing. Well, thats basically it, this is my first time posting pics so dont be too harsh. hah yours was just as ghetto as mine, no cf decals, homemade ITB's, check mine out, I made mine a while back, see if you can find it. peace

looks good if you think your car is ghetto you should look at mine mine was the coupe version but i screwed it up so bad it makes me laugh every time i look at it. great job with yours though looks good like the black roof and hood and stuff.

even though it's a little ghetto I do like the color scheme outside (don't know about the red valve cover though).

Hmmm...ghetto... ghetto is good! At least it's not rice...
 no really, I like it, paint is an interesting color, and it looks good with the black hood/roof/hatch. The engine looks good (ITBs, cool!), but I think I would have chosen a different color, at least for this build (red on green, Christmas time!). That color on the struts is, as far as I can tell, the closest thing to anodized purple I've seen so far, what is it?Cool, neat build!
