'91 Tracker fuel question

Are the fuel trims from the computer ran by a MAS or is it setup for SD. Reason I ask I am about to turbo my tracker (I have leftover parts from my eclipse) And I need to know what fuel managment system to use.

Re: '91 Tracker fuel question

I don't recall that my '92 has a Mass Airflow Sensor. Seems like fuel flows are controlled more by the O2, temperature, and other sensors. Mine has a TBI with straight draft.

Re: '91 Tracker fuel question

The fuel metering to the tbi is done thru the ecm on condition of the messages it recieves from the O2 sensor and the cam shaft position sensor, If there is no signal from the CPS, then there will be no spark or fuel delivery.
