Headlights

I have a 95 grand prix se 3.1L.

One of my fog light bulbs burned out on me, I am looking to replace the bulb. How do i get the wire off of the bulb, i am confused as to if the glass part of the bulb slides out or what. What wattage should i replace it with?

I also want to put new headlight bulbs in too, i want something with either a white tint or maybe even a blueish but i want to keep it legal. Any suggestions? Also what kind of bulb is the type i should look for when finding new ones??

My car is white so i dunno if a blueish tint or a whitish would look better on it.
