Awww...you guys were supposed to be coming...like...10 min from where I live a couple weeks ago. Why all the cancelled shows? Comin around Cincinnati any time soon? I like what I have listened to so far.

Oh...and for the record...

Sorry...couldn't resist...

Female drummers kick ass, too.

Re: PaperboyJack

yeah well that pictire you posted? yeah she quit!!! refused to come back from Canada.

so we only finished 2 songs from the studio, adn we had to cancel the rest of our 200 shows...for this year.

we did play in Cincy in Sept, and across the river as well.

Re: PaperboyJack

southgate house and the mad hatter and the mad frog

EDIT: we had abtou 5 more done but no vocals, and we didint add the rest of the guitar layers. oh well, she's gotta foot the bill with the label, so sux to be her. and everyplace weve called back says shell never sing there again. ie: house of blues, double door, whisky, troubador, the abbey, arlenes..etc... you get the point.

the two new tunes can be heard on MYSPACE. system and blink are the names

Yea...I've already listened to both of those. I really liked Blink. So that's NOT her singing? Or is it?

HA...the Mad Frog...those ass holes. One of my bands had a show scheduled there waaaaaaaaaay back in the day (I was...like...16, I think...). We show up with all our gear and everything and find out that our show got bumped for some Reggae show or rap contest or some stupid bull shit like that. We were all pissed. I was tempted to set up in a parking lot somewhere...I was ready to PLAY, DAMN IT!!! I also know where the Southgate House is, too...go to the Levee that right in front of it all the time.

I miss being in a band...

Guess you don't know when you'll be in the area again?

OH MY GOD! As I was pokin around the Southgate House calender of events, a band named Krinj caught my eye. They'll be there on the 10th. I played a show about 7 years ago with them! Man...it would be weird if that was them. That was a long time ago. I was just a kid...lol. I was only 16 or 17 when I was in that band.

Re: PaperboyJack

That'd be really weird if it was those same guys I played with. They weren't bad back in the day.

What's next for your band?

Re: PaperboyJack

Sounds good. Better than nothing, I suppose. At least you're in a band. I need to get in another band. It's been too long.

Where do you live?

You so completely suck...lol. I was born about a half hour away from Palm Springs so I know the whole Cali feel...San Diego is one of my favorite cities. The weather there is the BEST!!!
