Question

I'm Soooooooooo Frustrated!!!

I have a faulty "HEATER FLAP" under my gas pedal, the gears keep slipping allowing a mixture of hot and cold air through by vents and it's really cold out!! What is this part officially called, because I need to order a new one? This is for a 1996 dodge caravan sport.
