Galant vs Audi A4

Hey guys i am currently looking at 2 options.

one is Galant 2001 with 90K miles on it and standard features. How much do u think i should pay for it? Private party is asking 4500.

my other option is 96 Audi 160K 4 wheel drive and V6 engine and the dealer is asking $4000.

I need a car that is reliable for atleast 20K miles.
