Engine swap 93 CX
To replace the engine in a 93 cx (1.5) I bought a JDM engine (exact swap) to put in it. (When I selected the engine it had a carburetor and was told that the domestic Japanese version of the engine was carbureted) My mechanic installed the engine and a new clutch with no problems. Now he cannot get the car to take any gas. Whe he tries to give it gas it starts to fade acting like it is either getting too little or too much gas. They've tried everything they can think of and the problem continues. They have changed the plugs, checked the compression on the engine and other thing I can't remember and nothing. Another mechanic metioned that he had a similar problem and he opened the gas cap cover and that solve the problem, not this time. Help! I need my car!
