New Trans Am

yep, I've dreamed of owning F-bodies forever. I'm glad I mustered up the courage and money to get the LS1 in stead of the V6. I'll definitely need a job to pay for gas but it's worth it.

The car is a 1998 A4. It has a lot of scratches along the bottom passenger side, but most are on that replaceable panel. It also has minor dings, most look like they can buff out, but none are very noticeable. Excellent mechanical condition. I'm very pleased. Only $9,000 for 50,000 miles.

Re: New Trans Am

SWEET. im saving up for a 4g..upgrade from my 3 just cuz. lol

correct me if im wrong, but you really shouldnt put a 3500 rpm stall on that bad boy..its hell on your gas..AND i think u make most of your power a little less then that? i know my 3rd gen makes all its power at 2800.. (torque) so its stupid for me to get a 3500... but..yeah, just read up on it?

Yes...its hell on your gas mileage. But...90% of f-body owners that went smaller than a 3500 stall regret it and eventually upgraded. A 3500 stall is actually quite nice. If you ever plan on a cam swap anything less than 3500 is completely out of the question.

Btw...congrats on the purcahse.
