if you try to start it and right after, open your gas cap, then loosen the service bolt on your fuel filter, there should be some fuel come out of it...

i cant its the B&M you have to cut a 1/4" off the top of the stock one and put the B&M on top of it you dont think the IAC would do it and is there anyway to idle it down besides the throttle cable

It sounds like you've got the FPR set way way wrong!

especialy since the problem started only after you put it on, and it sounds like its fuel related.

If you took a stock pressure reading before adding the FPR then set the FPR to that.

If not then set it to about 14psi and hope that works long enough for you to get to a dyno and get it tuned properly.
This is the only way to set it!

Otherwise the idle is essentialy controled by the ECU, and messing with it can cause more trouble than I feel you can fix.

However,if you really want to risk screwing up your engine there is a small brass screw in the Throttle body.
Its above the intake, and is a Flat head screw driver type.
You can turn it in or out to set the base idle speed. but if you get it wrong be prepared for your car to either run to rich, or to dangerously lean out.

Otherwise any other problems require either replacing the cold idle control on the firewall, or the whole throttle body which contains the IAC.

I had this problems but it wasn't because I put a FPR on it. Check your vaccum lines if you fooled with them. There should be a inline check valve it one of the lines on top of the intake. Pull that vaccum line of. If it runs fine replace the check valve. Too much vaccum the the one peice will make the engine very high or weird but if you were putting a FPR on and it worked fine before you put it on then its obviously what you did.
