How do you remove a Pontiac Sunfire Head Rest

I would like to put seat covers in my Pontiac Sunfire, how do I remove the head rest?

I haven't taken one off of a Sunfire but I have done others.If the headrest raises by pushing/pulling a button/buttons,try to pull the headrest out while pushing/pulling on the button/buttons.I have also seen tabs that stop the headrest from coming out the whole way.These you have to use a little screwdriver and wedge the screwdriver in beside the metal support of the headrest and pull out the headrest while the screwdriver held the tab in.Hope this helps.
