Exclamation ABS and traction off lights on together

My ABS and traction off lights just started to come on together. At first I didn't think too much of it, until my brakes locked up. I was wondering what causes this problem and is it something that cost a lot 2 get fixed. Also should I hurry 2 get it fixed. I have a black gt grand prix, wit 110,200 miles on it, front and back brakes replaced a year ago.

Not to be rude, but if you search this forum, you will find more information on that subject than you can imagine. Followup if you have any other questions.

did you check the #28 fuse in the underhood fusebox? if this fuse is gone (or blown), you will lose ABS and TRAC along with ac/ and magnasteer...

99% of the time, it's a bad hub bearing that causes this. Have the car scanned with an ABS capable scanner, and replace the offending hub bearing.
