2000 Chevy blazer 4x4 problem
I've replaced broken vaccum line to actuator from the solenoid (above the vortec distributor). Indicator lights not working (2wd, 4wdH, 4wdL, or auto. How do I reset service 4WD indicator light? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: 2000 Chevy blazer 4x4 problem
Which transfer case? 233 or 236? 3 buttons on dash or more?
To clear codes or reset try removing the fuse no 15. But first you need to pull codes. A 236 a good eng/trans capable scanner will pull codes. On a 233 ground pin 13 to retrieve codes. Does your indicater light come on for a bulb check when you first turn on key? If not check fuses. Post back code no. And engine sise and mileage and transfer case type. MT |

Not to hijack the thread, but I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer LT and it recently started giving me problems with the 4x4. I push the button for auto 4x4 or 4Hi and the lights flashes, but the 4wd doesn't engage. I was doing some research on here last night and am still stumped on this one.
PS mine has 4 buttons. Joe |

Rjrobb2 ^^^
It would be less confusing if you would start a new tread. But answer questions and check and do the things I outlined in upper post. We need the code no and the transfer case type. 233 or 236 the tag is on back of transfer case. MT |
