I have an 96 civic when its below 0 its very hard to start i have to keep the key turned and pump the gas to start it the engine light is on to after that i have to keep my foot on the gas so it wont die out on me and if i try to pump the gas below two grand it vibrates the hole car after it is some what warmed up and will run it still does not run right inless i turn it off disconcet the battery for like a min then hock it back up it runs fine i have put 5w30 and gasline antifrezze in and 91 octane in too any ideas this problem is driving me nuts i cant do this all winter.Hope someone can help thx alot Tony

have you checked the basics like cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires? check your battery, grounds, and starter aswell.

Still
I replaced all the grounds plugs and wires and cap the battery is taking a charge and the alternator is working and iam still getting my problem anyother ideas out there like is said before it only happends when its below 0 i also make sure i got a full tank of gas so i dont get any water in the tank.
