Amplifier Installation Location

I'm thinking of mounting an amplifier to the floor under the rear seat of my 97 Sahara. Does anyone know what's under the body there? Don't want to drill through anything important.

Thanks,
JD

Not sure what is under there, but my 97 has an amp mounted directly under the seat as well. No problems.

Re: Amplifier Installation Location

Make sure you don't drill too deep cause the gas tank is down there. I mounted my amp under my drivers seat and it sits pretty nicely.

That's what I was worried about. Would put it under the passenger seat, but I don't want to worry about water/snow getting it.
Thanks.
