Power Window Problem

My Father-in-law is a snowbird presently in Florida. He takes the car in for a wash - valet style. The car comes out and is all wet inside. The rear right window had fallen down and won't go up. While they're are trying to get the window up the left rear window suddenly falls. They get that one up by using their hands and using wooden wedges from Homer Depot to keep it in place. Meanwhile the other one suddenly goes up by continuously press the up button. He then places wedges in the window gap as well - just in case. You can hear motors working but no movement. I had something similiar on a 90 LeSabre. I ended up cutting up a 2x4 to keep it up. The trouble is he can't seem to figure out how to get the rear panels off of the doors to have a look. He's leaving for home Monday so we'll probably have a look at it next weekend. I know the dealer will be rubbing his hands to fix this. So, we're going to give it a go unless there's some kind of recall on these. The funny thing is that no one uses the windows in the back.

I assume this is for a 2002 model since I see you made a post earlier about another problem. Anyway, it sounds like the infamous window regulator problem. No recall that I'm aware of. I made a post for a 2000 about getting panels off. It should be similar between years.
