Question wheel lifts?

what is it called when you pull wheels out from their original positions, i see all these people with wheels sticking way out on the sides and i have no idea where to get it done or how much it costs or even what it is called, anyone have a clue?

If they dont have wheel spacers than they bought wheels that were wider than stock one like I have 15x 10s on my Wrangler which cause the wheels to stick way out to the sides of my jeep. Thats the easiest way to make it happen.

Re: wheel lifts?

its gotta be wheel spacers, i was goin to do that with mine because with my new tires and new lift it rubbed the control arm a bit but i ended up not. why do you want to get your wheels to stick out if you dont have it?

Re: wheel lifts?

get a rim with more backspacing, but watch out you might need fender flares, because the POLICE doesn't like it when ur tires come out of the wheel wells, i've heard bad things bout wheel spacers ruining wheel bearings, because it off sets the bearing make it run uneven blowing ur bearings
