never heard of a bpv. the 1.8T is known as a BPT, GTX, or GTR engine. Search around for Mazda 323 GTX, you'll fint tons of info.

They haven't been made since the early to mid 90's. You could get a used one from several import places. One place that is a mazda-specific performance shop (the BPT is a mazda engine, remember) is Corksport. They have a website, corksport.com.
