SPI...how much of a gain?

I've got a bone stock Focus SPI that I would just LOVE to increase the horsepower on. I'm not saying I want to race a Cobra or anything, I just want a little bit more passing power on the highway. How much of a horsepower increase do you think I would get (starting at 110), if I installed the following things onto my focus?

-60mm Throttle Body (Focus Central)
-Zetec Air Intake System (Preferrably a K&N or A.E.M.)
-Cam Sprocket (Focus Central)
-Underdrive Pulley (Focus Central)
-Header (Focus Central)
-Offroad Pipe (Focus Central)
-Free-Flowing Muffler

-tb - MAYBE 1whp (its a mod that relys on the intake and intake mani to help it produce more power)

-never heared of using a zetec intake on an SPI motor so im not sure, if the gains are the same as the zetec then 3-5whp max

-cam gear- doesnt really give power unless its dyno tuned to what your cars needs it at (most ive seen on a stock car was 3whp(zetec))

-udp - typicly 3-6whp depending on size/weight

-header is maybe 7ish if you have exhaust to support(not sure if SPI gains are the ame as zetec)

-off road - ONLY good of you area does not require a CAT to pass enissions

- muffler, maybe 1 depending how restrictive stock is

off road + muffler + header doesnt do much if the rest of the exhaust is the stock size.

So maybe about 14hp

14hp? Wow...that's definetly not worth the money (with the throttle body alone being $300+). According to focus-central.com, it's required that you have a Zetec intake whenever you install the 60mm throttle body, because the stock SPI intake won't fit. But, thanks anyway.

a TB is a part that relies on other breather mods. If you have intake, Ported Intake mani you will see better gains from it, if you turbo you wil see even better gains.

Its like a ported head, by it self you see a small gain, but you need other mods to see the full effect.
