Exhaust leak

hello, i think im experiencing a minor exhaust leak right where the exhaust manifold and the rest of the exhaust system connect on the left side. has anyone had this problem? also is there a seal on the flange that might be bad? any idea whats causing this? thanx everybody

Make sure it isn't at the head/ manifold area. GM trucks are notorious for breaking off the left rear manifold bolt in the head. My 5.7 did it, and so did my 6.0. There are service bulletins on this.

My 1999 with the 6.0 also had broken manifolds both side gm replaced them.
