96 SE that wont start

I have a 96 SE. i was driving and it started getting warm and i was low on gas so i stopped at a gas station and filled it up and let it cool and put coolant in it.. when i tried to start it the car wouldnt start.. it turns and seems like it wants to start but doesnt. have changed distributer, crank shaft sensor, cam shaft sensor, timing belt(and is right), and water pump. car gets spark and has fuel but seems to maybe not get enough.. this car has been a problem for a month now please give me any help you can!!!
