anti freeze leaking

Hey guys, I need to change my hoses on the cooling system on my 1989 astro van. Can somebody help me with sizes?

Run it by your local parts place and they can fix you up.
All except heater hoses are prmade hoses.
The heater hose may be 5/8 or 3/4 .
Measure out side diamater and get what ever ft. of hose you need.

Thanks. I`ve changed the roses and i got no more leaks. Workout pretty good.
