PC steering wheels
I'm probably going to get a wheel for the PC and am considering the logitech forula GP and the new logitech MOMO wheel if i can get it cheap enough on ebay. If anyone has a wheel for the PC, or has used one in the past, please let me know what you think of it.

logitech driving force pro for ps2
best wheel you can get for the price.. yeah I know its for PS2 but it works PERFECT with pc.. I have one.. whats your budget, you can get a DFP for around $100..

honestly i tihnk logitechs stuff is crap, i have a momo myself and still use it but its fallen apart in so many different ways, pedals always screw up, i now have to duct tape the wheel to the table, and my axis are always off after a little playing, but at the same time they are the best for the price, most of the other good companies are either out of business or $500 and up.

red momo's sell for ridiculous prices on ebay... how does one connect a ps2 cable into a PC? also, i probably don't want to spend more than 50 dollars so it's most likely out of my price range anyway. I can get a logitech formula GP for about 25 bucks on ebay and i'm not that picky so i'll probably end up with that. For those that have used both the NEW momo and the formula force GP, do you think that the momo is really worth double? Also, is the 'force feedback' on the GP really force feedback or just vibration feedback?

the dfp uses a usb cable, connects right to the pc and you can get it for 100, best deal right there.

formula force has real FFB, ive have it before the DFP.

as i said before, i probably don't want to spend more than 50 dollars. That limits me to the MOMO and the GP. Do you think the (new) MOMO is worth twixce as much as the GP?

i think its like 73 something now..
seriously, save and get a driving force pro 900 degrees of rotation and it also works on PS2.. the formula force will work on ps2 but ONLY for GT3.. think about it...

the momo is about 60 bucks new on ebay. I think i've narrowed it down to either a $25 logitech formula force gp now, or a $90 driving force pro for christmas. I don't have any real racing games now, so i'm not really into it (yet), and i don't have a ps2.
also, is there any difference between the red and yellow formula GP?

will i be able to take advantage of the superior force feedback and 900* rotation on the driving force pro without using it on a PS2? also, do you think it'd work on the PS3? I'd probably want to play it with Colin McRae 2005 and GTR Fia racing.
