Re: 95 caravan tranny or elec?

ok update
replaced CV shaft (autozone Warranty)
checked codes by turning on and off three times and only got the one for batt has been disconnected (12) and the end (55) dont know if the TCM talks to to ECM that much but figured was worth checking anyways.
if the silonoid pack or any of the elec. parts were to malfuntion would that cause a reduction in pressure making that noise or is it the pump or torque converter failing.Any help from anyone that has been there before would be helpfull. Any Thoughts ?

The TCM does not talk with the ECM so you will need to have it scanned with a transmission scanner. Since this went suddenly it very well could be the TCM that has gone out since chrysler seems to have a major issue with them.

When my transmission went out it went into limp mode but required a major rebuild and I got a CEL with some very strange codes that flashed.

Before doing anything else though check the fluid level in the transmission if it is low it can cause strange things to happen.

wont move far so unless I get a scanner to it the codes wont get checked. fluid full ATF+3 Changed myself around 2000 miles ago with new filter. is not going into 2nd gear just stops moving will check again tommorow if speedo goes up or if tranny releases altogather. Have a haynes manual for it but does not cover tranny wiring. am going to borrow sister inlaws manual for 96 up haynes DOES have wiring for tranny in it. also going to ohm out silonoinds. IF anyone has any info of what values im looking for please post.
thanks

replaced TCM,turbine sensor, and Burnt silinoid pack. still nothing unless you rev up engine then a good hook whining but hooks. pulled pan real dark fluid (clutches) and is watery( overheat) small amount of shavings (NOT GOOD!!!) considering changed fluid and filter 2 months ago and the filter is now pluged. Yes used atf+3 tempted to try filter and fluid change but would probably be waste of time any thoughts???? am looking at getting tranny or chevy yes.
