car shaking

ya this been a prob for a couple months its a used 98 Cirrus lxi

somebody thinkds its the bearings and just brakes..but anytime i go over 30 it makes a rattling noise and seems to be comin from the back of the car

also i had to jack my tire recently and now the door is adding to the rattling sounds inside my car. somebody looked at it and (i had to do in dark with no light) i had jacked in wrong spot...it wasnt jackin the frame or somthin i forgot what he said....

then somebody came in with a real jack n it was ok i just want to kno if there is damage...also i had been hit by some asshole in prk lot of liquor store but i never really heard noise til now
