Is 99 Service Manual similar to other years
I've been looking on ebay for a 99 Windstar service manual but was wondering if the exact year is needed or will later years be similar enough.

I would guess that if you got within a couple years NEWER you would be close.
1999 was a major change year...so a 1998 and older would have some major differences.
