new recall?

Is this a new recall? I called the dealer about my 99 silverado for recalls and one of them was the wheel speed sensor. I here of people say they have to replace them but i did not know there was a recall on them. Is this new? or am i just not up to date?

If you go onto Chevrolet.com, there is an "Owners section", where you answer some questions when you register, and put in your current mileage, and your VIN #. It tells you what services are due and when, and it also tells you if you have any outstanding recalls, based on your VIN.
