Question

1994 Cougar 3.8L Starter Relay, I can't find it!

Can any of you tell me where i can find the starter relay on my Cougar? The book I bought says how to test it, bit does not say where it is located. I have looked on the firewall and the wells, but I have not seen anything like it yet.
