Ok....
My mom's Buick PA is a '94 3.8 liter Problem: Idles smooth....Drives Smooth... YET, when you acclerate too fast(like going throuh a yellow light) it starts to sputter.... No black smoke is coming from the tailpipe.... What could be the problem? Please help!!!!

Re: Sputter when acclerating too fast.
Sounds like it is time for wires, plugs, 02 sensor, fuel filter & air filter, if not changed recently.
