Angry @#$#'n Cold Starts

hey guys,
well im happy to see that there is a place like this with people who know what they're talking about.Ok, i have a 90 integra with 300K km's on it.It runs good and all but doesn't seem to want to start in the winter time.In nice weather, it starts up fine with no hesitation. In the cold, the engine turns over but thats all it does.I checked my computer and it gives me 2 codes.....EGR system and Fuel Supply System and when im on the highway and im givin'er, the enigine light comes on.My question is.....1)Could these codes have anything to do with my starting problems.....and 2)With these codes and my cold starting problems, what could actually be the problem..........any help here would be awesome.....Thanks!!
