Thats tough.
Both orginate from the same Era, and both have a repuation for being the very best there is. If you had picked models from each of thier last generations I would have said neither, they are both equals. But, it looks like they possible both started to go a little soft?

Rubicon, from the factory it comes with better tires, and it has a super low transfer case, 4:1.
