no its not certain cause they say our sources say...that doesnt meen it true...their sources could be misinformed and they also never state who there sources are.

with all of GMs cuts and shutdowns lately, they need to do this.. if they dont appeal to our market, GM will slowly go under. they know they have the support from the buyers if they release a new muscle car.. they just need to make it affordable.
