heat is so slowly

2002 gls when starting a/c is almost cold wind,i use economic model 5 minutes later heat wind came out. i remember last year when starting it was heat wind. what is the problem.

So do you have dual climate controls? Is the warm air coming from one side and or both?

Did you check to see if your R134a is low?

Or is it your asking if because of the weather right now (why your heat is taking a while to kick in)?

it is fine

i tried again, it si fine, 5 minute warm wind come out from both side
