100,000 mile service ideas

Hey guys,

My rodeo is approaching the magical 100,000 mile mark, and wondering what i should include over a standard service. I've only owned the vehicle for 6 months or so and have put about 8000 miles on it. The previous one owner replaced the clutch at 75,000 along with the timing belt. As far as i know, it has been serviced reguarly and nothing has been neglected. I live in a ski town, and cold mornings (mid twenties are average) are just part of life. I'm currently running penzoil 10w-30. Should i change to something else. It burns oil along with everybody elses, but doesn't seem to have any other problems. Has a really annoying creaking sounds, and is much louder when its colder, coming from somewhere underneath (very hard to pin point) Body mount maybe?

98 v6 5 speed 4x4.

Any help of feedback would be much appreciated!
