You mean as in what times we are running? I think if we are gonna post times then it should be "official" times, not some stupid G-tech pro guesstimate or some "well I ran in this strip that is about a quarter mile and my friend timed me on a stop watch."

my best run is 15.6@93mph but according to G-tech I run 14.8 ......yeah, sure.

got a 3sx short-ram intake and 2.5 inch into a 2 1/4 inch split cat-back.

Re: callin all N/A

haven't run my car yetl, but i will in December at the TX 3/S Gathering (http://www.3si.org/forum/showthread.php?t=294953) . mods are in my sig. i hope to run a mid 14. i hope the LSD insert will get me there. it would have been nice to have a base run w/o any mods, then times with mods as they are added. but i'm just eager to drive and don't have a lot of free time nor a track nearby.

Re: callin all N/A

I'm not trying to sound rude, but I just want to know if you could actually run a mid 14 second run with the LSD insert and your other mods? I thought that all the base models ran mid-high 15's. If so, I can't wait to see it, I'm gonna be at the TX3S gathering too. Hopefully my car is going to want to run by then. Hope to see you there!

Re: callin all N/A

His base is run by the same 222hp DOHC as your car. The later base 3000gts (97-99) and the base stealths were teh 161hp SOHCs.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Re: Re: callin all N/A

I have to agree with him though. There are VERY FEW na DOHC's running mid 14's. And they all have alot more mods than Linebckr

+1, I gave up trying to mod Musashi cause of that too. I got all happy and shyt when I saw 3KSL95 post his times last year. then I actually tracked mine and was like "awww wtf?"
Figured it be alot cheaper to run 13's in the Starion and keep Musashi as my daily panty dropper.

Re: callin all N/A

Crazy Torino,
On an unrelated note, I have a 92 Stealth ES.
It looks identical to yours, EXCEPT the tailights.
Is there a difference in Tailights on certain model/years Stelth's?
If so, can I put later year tailights on my 92 ES?

Roger

Re: Re: Re: callin all N/A

So my question still stands...

;+)

Are the tailights interchangable?

Re: Re: Re: Re: callin all N/A

It takes a bit of modification to make it work. You have to cut the mounting point for your stock bumper off. Then reweld it higher so the RT bumper can mount up. Then you need the RT tails, the RT taillight wiring harmess, and the RT blonker module. The whole mounting point moving is the most difficult of the tasks.
