HELP! Turn signals not working

Help, My turn signals wont work. When i signal left or right, i dont see the green blinker blink, nor do i hear the sound. My hazard doesnt work either.

I also found out that my whole dashboard lights are out. The odometer, hazard, and ac controls are out. the only lights that work are, highbeam indicator, seatbelt, brake, etc. that lights up without you turn on your headlights

I took a relay from another car and put it into mine, it doesnt help at all. i also plugged in my relay into my firend's car and it works.

I would also like to mention that when i press my alarm, my dashboard and signals blink. So that means it has power going into them. however, doesnt work when i turn on my headlights.

I checked all my fuses, and they all have connectivity.

I dont know what's the problem. Please help me

bad switch maybe? I would assume something is bad between the control knob and the actual gauge cluster seeing as everthing that is controled by that side lever doesn't work.
