inoperable speedometer/odometer 96 caravan

I have a 96 dodge grand caravan, the speedometer and the odometer don't work, any help would be great.

Try going under the hood in the power dist center and pull the IOD fuse for 20 seconds and then reinsert it , this sometimes fixes dash anomalies.
