Removing Governor
I have a 97' bonneville...not supercharged. standard 3.8 V6. im pretty sure i have a governor installed because when i reach 110 the revs drop dramatically then kick back in until i reach top speed then drop again. i want to remove it to install some other chip. a racing chip or something of that sort.
if someone could instruct me on how to remove it and what kind of chip i should install and a reasonable guess as to how much that chip would cost...it would be appreciated greatly.
